We pride ourselves on high-quality printing and digital solutions. Clients are responsible for checking and approving artwork before printing. Once approved, Techness UK Ltd will proceed with production.
4. Delivery and Turnaround
We aim to deliver all products within the agreed timescale. While delays caused by third-party couriers are rare, they may occur, and we will always communicate updates promptly.
5. Refunds and Returns
Our Refund and Returns Policy applies to defective or incorrect products. Digital services are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide correct content, images, or files for projects. We cannot be held responsible for errors in supplied materials once approved.
